Passages
Passages stands about a foot in front of a metal sheet. It is composed of photographic images, lead foil,a plaster cast of a leg, inverted,other materials along with acrylic and plaster. The tendency is for the edges of the components to become blurred, showing their similarities and creating a tapestry like effect.What is rounded (the cast) looks flat,and depth is suggested in the flat photographs. Confusion is intentional.
